The cancellation policy varies for each hotel and will be displayed on the rates page for each individual hotel. Please read the cancellation policy in full prior to booking your reservation.
- How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
If you would like to modify your reservation, please call us toll free at 1-888-253-1628. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please click here. Please review the cancellation policy provided to you in your confirmation email prior to cancelling your reservation.
- How do I get another copy of my confirmation email?
Please complete the following form and we will re-send your confirmation.
- When will the hotel have my reservation in their
system?
Typically your reservation information will arrive to the hotel within one hour from the time of booking. The times do vary based on the hotel and arrival date as well as the day of the week you book your reservation.
- How do I obtain a copy of my receipt?
When you book your reservation, your email confirmation email is your receipt. Please keep a copy of this for your records. If you need a duplicate copy, please complete the following form or call us toll free at 1-888-253-1628 and we will be happy to serve you.
- What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. - Is your web site safe and secure, and will my credit
card information be safe?
Absolutely, we use a secure server that protects your credit card information.
- Will I be charged at the time when I book my reservation?
Yes, your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
- If I check out early, will I receive a refund for
the nights I didn't consume?
No, we do not provide refunds for early departures.
- If I am arriving late, will the hotel hold my room?
Your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card; therefore the hotel is required to hold your room until 7am the following day.
- How do I request an early arrival?
This is considered a special request and cannot be guaranteed. We will make best effort to accommodate your needs, however it is subject to availability.
- What is the additional cost for having more than
two guests?
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Rates for additional guests vary by hotel and will be included in your total upon checkout.
- I found a lower rate, what should I do?
If you find a lower rate on another website for an identitcal booking (exactly same hotel, room and dates) within 24 hours of making your booking with us, please call us at 1-888-253-1628 and we will verify the lower rate. Once we do so, we will match the rate and pay up to 10% of the price difference back to you.
- Does the hotel I am staying at provide shuttle service?
Most hotels provide shuttle services, however please check the hotels page on our web site to confirm.
- What is the minimum age requirement to book a reservation?
Most hotels require you to be 18 years of age or older. Some require you to be 21 years of age or older.
