Everything I wanted
Hotel provided all that’s needed for a comfortable stay. Very contented with my stay. Location can’t be beat. Lots of things to do around the area.

Good value for San Antonio
One of the affordable hotels in the city but with an adequate set of facilities. Staff was accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Rooms were also clean.

There are many nicer hotels in the area for the same amount of money or less. I’ve been to San Antonio several times and selected this one only because the others were all booked up. If you chose this hotel keep these things in mind: parking is very limited and there may be times when it may be difficult to get even a small car into the parking spots; the rooms are small; there is not any kind of breakfast served; room service has a lot to be desired (didn’t even have pepper or salt and I had to ask twice for silverware; the pool looked like it had been empty for some time; doors are heavy and noisy when other guests come and go at 2:00 am; it is near a train track and the trains sound horns all night long; to get to the active part of the River Walk you will be walking about 3-blocks; and finally, guest information within the room is outdated. On the positive side…the staff was very nice.

Just a quick note, the hotel had a funny smell, our room did not. However, ther was black mold by the ac vent, curtians were torn, wall paper torn on wall and bathroom so small you could not open door. Went to bar, pizza machine broke, because of that we were limited on what we could order. The service was amazing, the staff was friendly.
