Feels Like Hawaii!
I had the chance to enjoy the luau of the hotel and it made me feel that I was in the lovely Hawaiian state. The roasted pig was very juicy and delicious and the whole poolside area was very lively. Rooms were lavish, the central Strip location was very ideal, and the rates were reasonable for the world-class amenities that were provided.

It was our first time in Vegas and we decided to stay in Imperial palace. It was ok not bad. it was cheap and i think we got what we paid for and a little more. We were only in the hotel room for like 10% of the time and the casino service was excellent compared to others around. You get what you paid for so dont think that your gona be treated like a king.

I have stayed at the Imlperial Palace before. I like the location an the service. I do recommend anyone to stay thre. It is centrally located on the strip. The price of the stay was excellent.

Great stay at the Imperial Palace.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurants were excellent. The only issue we had was a long line at check-in which is no doubt due to the renovations. We certainly will be back and will recommend the Imperial Palace.

The carpet are very dirty the water pressure not good, the curtains are dirty, the beds were OK they need new beds. The chairs are very dirty needs a good cleaning or replace them. The Front desk staff were wonderful (Jason) was GREAT...

Experience at the Imperial
The stay was enjoyable however there were a couple of things that could be improved on. These items are:
1. The room clean up was not very good. The room was not vacuumed daily. Nor was the toilet or sink cleaned daily as the same dirt was there day after day until we left.
2. The hall was dirty and daily vacuum did not get done. Someone had wiped there muddy feet on the wall just outside the door after the first night & it was still there 3 days later when we left.
I realize that the renos' are taking place & that will improve the stay alot when completed because the carpets are old and need replacement.

Had a Blast at Imperial aka Quad
MUST book throuh IP/ Quad and not outside company. First night reserved room from outside company and they stuck me $25 in taxes and service fees that could not be reversed. The 2nd night I had my "players club card" and recieved my room at a discounted rate of $15.99 plus tax-- so that totally made up for the overcharged rate the night before. I was thoroughly entertained by the impersonating dealers especially MJ, Rod Stewart, Aretha, and Sheryl crow. Not only were they fun to watch perform but were very endearing at the tables as well. In fact most of the dealers here are by far the friendliest I experienced tho Vegas trip. The bartenders at Fat Tues were awesome and Hash house A go go is a must for huge portioned, well seasoned food with excellent service. Hope my next stay is just as good!!
